It’s been sometime since the motorcycle incident that his rookery brother Lexington made to which he himself messed the entire vehicle up. The smaller gargoyle was definitely not happy with this development, so in an effort to make it up to him, he was scouring an automotive junkyard they went to last time to gather up the parts for the bike. Tonight he was alone, looking into piled up cars and motorcycles for the appropriate parts, being pretty cautious to not be seen by humans after what happened the last few times.
“Ugh…doing this alone is harder than it looks…” He muttered to himself as he kept looking.
The gargoyle nodded with a smirk and went to get the gas can so he could full up the motorcycle. Once it was full, he went to start the engine and with small surprise, he grinned when the engine started smoothly. “Lex is so going to love to see this…” He then looked up at Chip with another smirk.
“Wanna race around?”
The sound of the engine roaring to life was music to Chip’s ears. “Gotta test that baby somehow, right? Sure, as long as we don’t get the fuzz on our tails this time.” He snickered and folded his arms, staring down at the gargoyle. Chip headed on outside, sat down on his motorcycle and kicked up the stand. “Ready to roll when you are!”
“Okay. Just around a few blocks and back here. Only rule is no flying since I can only glide. Is that fair?” He said at the imaginary starting line, roaring his engine a few times as a sort of mocking gesture. He was for sure this wasn’t going to end up like his last race experience since he actually knew this person.
