It’s been sometime since the motorcycle incident that his rookery brother Lexington made to which he himself messed the entire vehicle up. The smaller gargoyle was definitely not happy with this development, so in an effort to make it up to him, he was scouring an automotive junkyard they went to last time to gather up the parts for the bike. Tonight he was alone, looking into piled up cars and motorcycles for the appropriate parts, being pretty cautious to not be seen by humans after what happened the last few times.
“Ugh…doing this alone is harder than it looks…” He muttered to himself as he kept looking.
“It’s kind of rare I get nice moments like this with my personal life and all.” Which was kind of true when you deal with magic and villians from time to time. “I’m pretty glad we met, chip.”
“Best to savour the quiet moments whenever you get the chance.” He replied, stopping to gaze out across the water at the bright city lights. “So am I. It’s so refreshing to have met someone I can actually talk to.”
“Especially one that is not hell bent on threatening me and my friends.” He chuckled. They haven’t had the best of luck being mutual with many people in this century, but they did had a few which was a good start. The gargoyle was almost leaning against the other just a little bit.
