It’s been sometime since the motorcycle incident that his rookery brother Lexington made to which he himself messed the entire vehicle up. The smaller gargoyle was definitely not happy with this development, so in an effort to make it up to him, he was scouring an automotive junkyard they went to last time to gather up the parts for the bike. Tonight he was alone, looking into piled up cars and motorcycles for the appropriate parts, being pretty cautious to not be seen by humans after what happened the last few times.
“Ugh…doing this alone is harder than it looks…” He muttered to himself as he kept looking.
Once before his eyes would light up at his new hairstyle thanks to Chip’s help. “Holy jalapenea…” The whole spike look was definitely something new to him or any gargoyle he has ever met save for Demona who in some ways have spooked hair, but not like this.
“This looks awesome, man!” He said when turned back to the wolf, tail swaying side to side, a large grin on his face.
Stepping back Chip beamed with pride as he watched the red gargoyle admire his brand new hairstyle in the mirror. “What did I tell ya? It’s like you were born for the punk-biker look!” He folded his arms and leaned in a bit to admire his handiwork. It thrilled him to see Brooklyn enamoured with his new look just as much as he was. As Chip eyed Brooklyn up and down, he caught sight of the loincloth again, which to him still detracted somewhat from the overall style. “Hmmm, how bout you take off that loincloth? Just for a second so you can get the full impact of that 20th century look.”
“Huh?” He looked between chip and the mirror. It did look a bit off, but he didnt want to get ride of the lion cloth just yet. Soon, but not now. “Sure, but just for a bit.”
With that said, he took off the loincloth and gave himself another look in the mirror, looking much more like a current 20th century person. Just for the added effect he even put on his third eyelid just to look more fierce. “Looking pretty damn intimidating if I do say so myself. What do you think?” He said as he turned back to Chip with his eyes being completely white still.
With the loincloth taken away the full splendour of the gargoyle’s look struck him. From head to toe Brooklyn hardly resembled the medieval beast he once was, now carrying the modern rock-star look like he was born for it.
Then came the glowing eyes. “Whoa…“ The wolf almost jumped back at the bright white lights reflected in the mirror. “Dude, you’re totally ruling that look… though gotta say the eyes are a little surprising. Didn’t know you guys could do that.” Chip laughed approvingly. Brooklyn’s glowing white eyes carried a hint of eeriness, but were also very intriguing.
The gargoyle had to laugh hard at this seeing that the wolf almost jumped back at his glowing eyes. Even if it wasn’t a full jump back it was still great to see his reaction. “We all have a third eyelid like some reptiles like alligators for example. The glowing part I dont know how that works, but it is intimidating from the humans that saw it before.” With that said he switched his third eyelid off and they were his normal eyes.
“Again, thanks for the look. Really getting into this style.”
