It’s been sometime since the motorcycle incident that his rookery brother Lexington made to which he himself messed the entire vehicle up. The smaller gargoyle was definitely not happy with this development, so in an effort to make it up to him, he was scouring an automotive junkyard they went to last time to gather up the parts for the bike. Tonight he was alone, looking into piled up cars and motorcycles for the appropriate parts, being pretty cautious to not be seen by humans after what happened the last few times.
“Ugh…doing this alone is harder than it looks…” He muttered to himself as he kept looking.
He looked back at the mirror himself just to check them both out. They indeed were in two diffrent styles hair wise, but their outfits were similar enough to where they would make a couple looking like this. “Makes me feel like no one is gonna be messing with us anytime soon.” Then again people would, but he wouldn’t say that in this moment as he wrapped his arm around the wolf.
Chip brought his other hand around and tapped the gargoyle’s slim chest “Ya feel that? That’s the confidence boost that comes with lookin’ good. You look good, you feel good.” He explained with glee. Brooklyn was now a bona-fide modern man, and he could only wonder how he’d contrast with his medieval-looking brethren. “How about we go show off your new look to the others? I bet they’re gonna be jealous.”
That gargoyle did thing about it for a few seconds and in his moment of confidence there was a small tinge of nervousness falling before him. Then again, he immediately remembered that his clan didn’t give him any sense of stink eye when he came to them in his new threads so his confidence went back up in full swing. “Yeah! Broadway and Hudson should still be around. Let’s get to them.” With that said, he took the others hand and led the wolf down the hallway.
