It’s been sometime since the motorcycle incident that his rookery brother Lexington made to which he himself messed the entire vehicle up. The smaller gargoyle was definitely not happy with this development, so in an effort to make it up to him, he was scouring an automotive junkyard they went to last time to gather up the parts for the bike. Tonight he was alone, looking into piled up cars and motorcycles for the appropriate parts, being pretty cautious to not be seen by humans after what happened the last few times.
“Ugh…doing this alone is harder than it looks…” He muttered to himself as he kept looking.
The sound of tools clanging off of metal and the sight of bright orange sparks showering the ground and immediately the wolf felt like he was home. “Heya there, Lex!“ Chip called over the sounds as he got a good look at the gargoyle’s little project. The burgeoning framework of a motorbike could be made out from the mess of metal that sat on the ground. “Looks like the love of bikes spreads pretty quick around here!“
Finally the smaller gargoyle looked up and saw that Chip was with Brooklyn as well. “Oh hey there, Chip. Didn’t see you there. Since that billionaire isn’t here, I thought I’d take advantage of the materi-” It was then, Lexington saw the look of his rookery brothers hair.
“Holy…Brook! How did you get that styled?” He came up to the taller gargoyle to examine his spiked up hair.
“Yours truly. Looks cool, right?” Brooklyn replied, gesturing to the wolf man next to him.
It brought an endless amount of joy for Chip to see others impressed by his styling skill. “He said it. Just one of my many hidden talents.“ He boasted some more, reaching into his jacket and pulling out the trusty switchblade comb he’d used to style Brooklyn’s white mane. “I thought Brook could do with a bit more of a modern look to match his outfit. Whaddya think, Lex?”
Lex made a small laugh at seeing the comb. “To be honest I thought that was an actual switch blade at first. As for the look, I like how modern it is for this time period. You’d never see anything like this in 994. Back then it’s all knight armour, medieval clothing and robes. Still have that last one as common wear surprisingly enough.”
